Frequently Asked Questions Q. Are you a recruitment agency? A. No, we do not work for hiring companies, only for our own clients directly, and we have no financial connections with any recruiters. Q. Will you find me a new position? A. No. We help, advise and support you in your search for a new position. We provide you with all the tools, techniques and advice to ensure that you have the best possible chance of securing the role you want. Q. What is your experience, why should I choose you? A. Our founding director has 15 years experience working in executive search dealing with hiring companies recruiting across all job functions, all industry sectors from £40,000-£500,000 salaries. Over this time he has helped hundreds of people transition into a new role. Q. Can I just pick which modules I think are suitable for me? A. Yes, however if you have not had help or advice in the subject matter of the initial modules we advise that you start with these. This ensures you have a solid platform to progress. Q. Is work needed from me? A. Initially, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. After this we can help, advise, guide and support you - however finding a new position or transitioning into a new career does require an investment of your time. Q. How do your fees compare with other providers? A. All providers have different scales of charges - talk to several and you can then make an informed decision who suits best.
